About Dan Frysh
Dan Frysh is the Founder of Counterpoint Commercial. A California attorney and licensed real estate broker, Dan brings over sixteen years of commercial leasing experience spanning retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use product type.
In an industry where relationships truly matter, Dan has cultivated a broad professional network of property owners, brokers, attorneys, architects, contractors, expeditors, and other commercial real estate professionals. These longstanding relationships often make the difference by bringing together the right people to uncover creative yet cost-effective solutions, helping transactions move efficiently from opportunity to execution.
Dan earned a Bachelor of Science from the USC Marshall School of Business and a Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and a member of the State Bar of California.
