About Dan Frysh

Dan Frysh is the Founder of Counterpoint Counsel, a boutique legal practice focused on commercial real estate transactions, with an emphasis on commercial leasing. Before expanding his practice to represent commercial tenants, Dan spent nearly two decades representing commercial landlords in lease negotiations involving many of the country's most sophisticated retailers and national brands—experience now leveraged to help both landlords and tenants negotiate from a position of strength while avoiding costly pitfalls and overlooked lease provisions.

 

Over the course of his career, Dan has handled over $600 million in commercial lease transactions spanning retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use product type.

 

Dan earned a Bachelor of Science from the USC Marshall School of Business and a Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and a member of the State Bar of California.
